IOC President Receives Award from Singapore

On 28 June 2013, President Tony Tan Keng Yam conferred the Public Service Star (Distinguished Friends of Singapore) Award to Dr Jacques Rogge, President of the International Olympics Committee (IOC), for his significant contributions to Singapore’s development in the international sporting arena.
