June 13, 2007—The Singapore National Olympic Council (SNOC) wants to establish an alumni association for Singaporeans who have taken part in sessions held by the International Olympic Academy (IOA)—the education branch of the International Olympic Committee.

The alumni association will be open to all who served as our country’s sports ambassadors to the International Olympic Academy in Greece or who attended IOA sessions in Singapore and the Asian region. As an IOA session alumni, you appreciate the ideals of the Olympic Spirit and the values of the Olympic Movement.

If you were appointed by the SNOC to represent Singapore at IOA sessions in Greece or Asia, you have the experience to make a valuable contribution to the Olympic family in Singapore. You can be an active contributor to the Olympic Movement in Singapore by helping the SNOC lift the torch of Olympic Education.
