More information

Lynette Lim is a former national swimmer and two-time Olympian. She swam in a total of five freestyle races at the 2008 Beijing and 2012 London Olympic Games.

The freestyle specialist attended the University of Southern California, where she continued swimming competitively and even joined the diving team. By the time she graduated with a degree in kinesiology in 2014, she was a three-time All-American in relays.

Her national records in the longer distance freestyle swims – 400m, 800m and 1500m – still stand. She can also call two more records her own: in the 4x100m and 4x200m freestyle relays.
