The Singapore Olympic Academy was set up on 27th August 1994. The SOA functions as the education arm of the SNOC. The SOA is one of 153 Olympic Academies established worldwide and is affiliated to the International Olympic Academy, located in Ancient Olympia, Greece.
Vision
To be the go-to organisation for the promotion and dissemination of the Olympic values, culture and heritage through educational programmes.
Mission
To achieve the objectives of the Olympic Movement through effective Olympic and values education in Singapore.

Building on the Olympic values of friendship, excellence and respect, the SOA further adheres to the values of solidarity, integrity and sustainability.
