Learning Across Eight Key Areas
Through eight interactive modules, participants gained insights into a wide range of topics that form the backbone of good sports governance and management. The modules covered:
- Foundations of Sports Administration
- Olympic Education & Values in Development
- Good Governance, Compliance, and Legal Duties
- Safe Sport and Child Protection
- Strategic Planning and Grassroots Development

The highlight of the course was the Capstone Project, where participants put their learning into practice by developing strategic proposals tailored to real-world challenges faced by sport organisations.
A Diverse and Engaged Group
The 2025 intake brought together officials and staff from National Sports Associations (NSAs) and public agencies involved in sport development. The group comprised 12 men and 11 women, reflecting the growing diversity of leadership in Singapore sport.
