Lawrence Leow Appointed as Chef de Mission for Team Singapore at the 33rd SEA Games
 
		
		
Singapore, 29 October 2025 – The Singapore National Olympic Council (SNOC) has appointed Mr Lawrence Leow as Chef de Mission to lead Team Singapore at the upcoming 33rd SEA Games in Thailand.
Mr. Leow, a respected sports leader and experienced administrator, will lead Team Singapore as they compete on the regional stage, ensuring that the contingent is well-prepared and supported throughout the Games.
Supporting him in this role are Mr Ng Eng Soon, Ms Wang Shao Ing and Mr Samuel Kang, who will serve as Assistant Chefs de Mission. Together, they will guide and support the athletes and officials, fostering a positive and high-performance environment for Team Singapore.
Team Singapore is set to send its largest-ever contingent to the Games, with more than 900 athletes competing across 48 sports.
“The SEA Games is an important stage for our athletes to showcase their talent and represent Singapore on the regional stage. I am deeply honoured to lead Team Singapore and look forward to working closely with Eng Soon, Shao Ing, Samuel and our athletes to create the best conditions for them to perform and fly our flag high in Thailand,” said Lawrence.
